This single origin bean is a cultivar of the Bourbon coffee plant. A medium roast with a flavor profile of berry fruit, chocolate and “nuttiness” coaxed out of the bean during the roasting process. It is a well balanced coffee for any occasion without worrying too much about the nuances of flavor and aroma.
