Roasted in the classic Italian espresso tradition, this bean produces a very utilitarian beverage depending on grind and preparation method. This espresso is equally at home in a French press, drip coffee maker or brewed espresso style. It has none of the burnt, thin tasting characteristics of dark roast espressos. This medium roast combines Arabica with Robusta coffee beans.
