Well balanced, medium bodied and bright with just the right amount of acidity. This bean is a light roast. Colombian coffee growing has a specific advantage: the soil. The Colombian coffee growing areas are primarily volcanic soil with a high content of nutrients and natural elements of rainfall, temperature and elevation combine for good coffee production.
