Dark roasted, but not quite a traditional espresso style. Extraordinarily aromatic and flavorful. The extra roasting time and higher heat levels caramelize the sugars and the reaction of the beans’ amino acids produces buttery, caramel tones, while the citrus notes are greatly reduced.
