This Peruvian bean is from the centrally located western slopes of the Andes mountains in the Chanchamayo valley. This is a light roast and as such exhibits bright citrus like flavors due to its higher acidity levels.. Mild bodied and a great everyday addition to your coffee drinking pleasure.
